First, we will cut a loaf of beans into small pieces (1 inch pieces).

After that put two spoons of mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and let it crackle well.

Then we will add ginger to it.
After browning them all well, we will add onion and fry it a little bit. As soon as the onion is roasted then we will put potatoes in it and mix it well.
We will also add turmeric powder on it.
Together we will put two spoons of coriander powder here and add salt and mix it.
After that we'll cover it and cook it for 5 minutes
Beans do not take much time to cook, so we have to cook the potatoes first.
You can make it with boiled potatoes if you want.
You cover it and cook on flame for 5 minutes.
In between, you will keep stirring it so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
After 5 minutes, we will put our chopped beans in it and mix it well and keep stirring it in between and cook it for 5 minutes.
Then we will mix a spoon of garam masala or vegetable masala.
In this way, this vegetable is prepared in 10 to 15 minutes.
To garnish the last, we will add green coriander leaves to it and mix it and turn off the gas.
You can serve Bhujiya vegetable of Aloo Beans in children's tiffin, morning breakfast, afternoon lunch or dinner.
This vegetable looks very tasty with dal rice. Apart from this, if you are going to travel somewhere, you can also take it because it does not spoil quickly.
You can also use mango powder to add a little bit of sourness to it.
