To make cucumber raita, we will take a big size cucumber here.
Will peel it. After peeling, we will grate it.
After grating, if you wish, press and drain it. But we have not removed water here.
After that we will add a bowl of curd.
After that we will add one teaspoon black salt white salt chaat masala and dry ginger powder and black pepper mix.
After that we will also add half teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli and in it we will also add a of yellow mustard powder.
You will also add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and mix them well.
Together we will also put a little grated beetroot in it. So that it gets a nice color.
2 teaspoons of sugar will also be added for sweetness.
After that we will put Tadka in it.
To add Tadka, we will take Desi Ghee here and heat it well.
Then we'll add cumin seeds and let them sizzle well.
Then we will turn off the gas and add asafoetida and heat it and close the lid by tempering it.
In this way our very tasty raita of cucumber is prepared. You can eat it like this if you want.
